For each Service within your PPM Catalogue, you can set custom configuration settings as follows.

Firstly, to access the Configurations areas:

  1. Go to 'Catalogue'
  2. Click to edit the Service you'd like to configure
  3. In the popup, click "Configuration" in the sidebar menu


Now, let's review each of the available settings and what they do...

Terminology > 'Override service type label'

This will override the label that appears on your Booking Request From, like so:


Hide fields from booking request form

In this section you can choose to hide the following fields from your Booking Request Form for this particular Service:

  • Venue 
  • Date and time 
  • Number of children 
  • Age range of children 
  • Guests of honour 
  • Theme request 
  • Mailing address


Guidance text for 'Other info / Requests' box

You can add a special note that gets added above the "Other info / Requests" field at the end of the Booking Request Form.
