Pricing Overview
The Party Pro Manager team believes in simple, transparent and flexible pricing.
Key details:
- After your free trial, all of our standard plans are paid on a month-by-month basis (in USD for all users), with no long-term contract.
- Unlike many other providers, we don't charge 'transaction fees' on any payments you receive through our integration*
- All plans have optional upgrades available, at potential additional cost
- For non-US users, we recommend checking with your bank / credit card provider ahead of activation, whether any currency conversion fees will be applied
Changes to your plan:
- You have the option to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan, any time.
- In the case of upgrades, you'll be charged a pro-rated fee, to cover the rest of your current billing cycle, before paying your new standard monthly fee from your next billing cycle.
- In the case of downgrades, credit will be added to your file, for the pro-rated difference between your previous and new plan, to be deducted from your next bill
- In the case of cancelations, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
* Third party payment providers charge their own 'normal' transaction fees
Why charge in USD for all users?
When we first started, for a few reasons we offered our plans in two currencies: USD and GBP.
As the system and our userbase evolved, we found ourselves serving users in 8+ countries and it was no longer practical/feasible for us to continue offering plans in multiple currencies.
We came to this conclusion for various reasons:
- It didn't sit well with us, that some users were essentially paying more to us than others, for the same service, based on their location and current exchange rates
- It no-longer seamed practical, to treat a single set of users differently (our UK users), out of the 8+ countries we now serve
- With business, simplicity is king. And reducing from two sets of pricing to one, provides the following key benefits:
- Fairness to all users
- Clarity when we're discussing pricing with users (especially in international party industry groups)
- Efficiency savings (so we can focus instead of serving our customers and improving our product)
Cost-Saving tips for non-US users
If you are not located in the USA it is possible that your bank may charge you:
- Inflated currency conversion exchange rates
- Additional fees to convert from your local currency to USD
When we heard from users that their banks were gouging them on conversion fees, we were shocked to see the kinds of fees being added by some banks. So, we took it upon ourselves to look deeper, and see what we may be able to do/advise in response.
After much deliberation and creative thinking, it occurred to us that an online service we use ourselves, would serve our users well here.
In short, it's a platform called Wise, which enables you to:
- Convert between currencies at rates close to those published on XE.com or Google
- In order to pay bills in a foreign currency, with zero fees.
In fact, we decided to put this article together on beating your bank conversion fees with Wise, to explain more, and walking through the steps to get set up.

Pricing FAQs
What currency will I be charged in?
With simplicity in mind, our plans are priced in USD, for all users.
This ensures that in any given month, we're collecting the same equivalent fee, for the equivalent plan, wherever you happen to be based.
Can I switch to paying in a different currency?
It isn't possible to change the currency you're being charged in. See 'What currency will I be charged in'.
How are upgrades/downgrades handled?
In the case of upgrades, you'll be charged a pro-rated fee, to cover the rest of your current billing cycle, before paying your new standard monthly fee from your next billing cycle.
In the case of downgrades, credit will be added to your file, for the pro-rated difference between your previous and new plan, to be deducted of your next bill.
