Your PPM account can have one or many different catalogs to use for your client booking request and enquiry forms (limits vary based on the plan you are on).

☝️Not sure how many catalogs you need? Start with one and build multiple Booking Pathways inside it. If you later need to separate offerings, you can add another catalog (plan permitting) and copy/move booking pathways and/or packages into it.

To create or modify a catalog...

  • Go to "Catalogs" (main menu) - make sure you are in the 'Catalogs' section in the sidebar menu as well

  • Here you can see a list of your existing catalogs...
    • Click "Booking Forms" for a given Catalog to get your Booking Form Links to share with clients
    • Hover over any Catalog and click "Manage Catalog" to update its Booking Pathways and Packages
    • Click the gear icon to update your catalog settings
    • Click the vertical ellipsis icon for more options, like:
      • Make it the Default catalog
      • Export, Move, or Copy the catalog

Important rules about Primary Brand & Default Catalog:

      • Accounts start with a single Primary Brand. While you are able to modify this brand, you are not able to set an additional brand to take over as "Primary"
      • Exactly one Default Catalog must be selected for the account.
      • The Default Catalog must belong to the Primary Brand.
  • Or, you can create a new catalog by clicking on the "+ CATALOG" button at the top of the page
    • You can also Browse Catalog Templates and import copies of proven catalogs
  • Whether you are editing or adding a new catalog, a new Catalog Editor window will pop open.  In this window you can set:
    • The catalog Name (max 35 characters)
    • The brand associated with this catalog
    • The catalog status (active or inactive)
    • The relevant customer types (All customer types, Private only, Organizations only)
      • These options determine which customer category this catalog is intended for (Private, Organizations, or both). This helps ensure clients see the right options and reduces irrelevant choices during booking.

  • To add or edit the Packages & Options for a given Catalog, click on the Catalog to "Manage Catalog".

  • This will take you to the a page where you can manage the Catalog's Pathways, Packages, and Options
