Thinking of downgrading your Party Pro Manager plan? No worries — we're here to make sure the transition is smooth and you're clear on what changes to expect.
This article walks you through what happens immediately when you downgrade, what you're given time to adjust, and what actions (if any) we’ll take on your behalf after a 7-day grace period.

⏱️ What Happens Immediately
Some features will become instantly unavailable the moment you downgrade - particularly when moving to a lower-tier plan that no longer includes certain capabilities.
Here’s what will change right away:
Advanced Staff Features:
If your new plan doesn't support certain advanced Staff Management tools (like Self-Serve Availability or Training Tools), those features will be disabled immediately.Team Access:
If you move to a Solo plan from a Team plan, your ability to add new team members will be removed instantly.Brands:
If you move to a plan that doesn't include the Multi-Brand features, your additional brands will no longer be applied, and your default brand will be used in all cases instead.Multi-Action Automations:
If you downgrade to a plan that only includes single-action automations, any existing and active multi-action automations will be limited to triggering a single action (the system will choose one automatically)Assistant Account:
If you move to a plan that doesn't include an assistant account, your secondary accounts access will be instantly blocked.SMS Credits:
If you have the SMS Power-Up enabled, and downgrade your plan, you may immediately experience a reduction in the number of bonus SMS credits you receive with the Power-Up.
🕐 What You Have 7 Days to Adjust
If your current usage exceeds what’s allowed in your new plan (for things like catalog items, active staff, automations, or smart links), we won’t take action right away.
You’ll have 7 days to bring your account in line with the new limits.
During this grace period:
You’ll still have access to your existing usage-limited items (e.g. catalog items, active staff, etc)
We’ll send a reminder to help you adjust
You can decide what to keep and what to archive or remove, in order to fall within your new account limits
After 7 days:
If your account is still over the limits, the system will begin automatically and randomly selecting items to deactivate. This may include:
Staff accounts beyond your new limit (set to Inactive)
Extra packages, catalog assets (Unpublished)
Automations over your new limit (turned Off)
Smart links over your new limit (set to Inactive)
We’ll notify you when this happens - and don’t worry, nothing is permanently deleted. You’ll always have the option to re-activate or restore content if you re-upgrade.
