Using PPM’s event list, you can quickly send out personalized emails to many clients at once! Here’s how...
Step 1: Go to your Events page
Step 2: Filter your events list as you see fit.
Step 3: Using the checkboxes in the list, select any/all clients you’d like to include in your bulk email
As you start selecting events, you’ll notice a new button appears at the top right with a count of how many events you’ve selected.
Step 4: Click on this new button and select the “Email these clients…” option
Step 5: A window will pop up with your email options where you can type your message or select from a preset Standard Text.
Step 6: Click “OK” to send :)
NOTE: It is by design that you currently have to individually select each recipient for the bulk-email, as the intended use of this feature is to email 'small batches' (e.g. up to 10) with message related to client events. The primary reason for this is that general email-blasts have the potential to impact the reputation of the PPM server and reduce overall email delivery rates for all users. It remains a top priority for us that we keep delivery rates as high as possible for the primary transactional-type emails related to specific bookings.
What we therefore recommend for this purpose, is to use the Export feature on your Events page, to transfer your list into spreadsheet format, which you can then upload to a platform like MailerLite (our fav!), MailChimp, or a Gmail plugin like Yet Another Mail Merge.
