In Party Pro Manager it is possible for you to customize the terminology used to describe your “deposit” and other key terms used throughout your client-facing forms, emails, etc.  

For example, Perhaps the term “non-refundable deposit” or “booking fee” feels better for you… 

Good news, you can make these types change as you please :)  Here's how...

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Click on "Fine-Tuning / Terminology" in the left sidebar menu

Step 3:  Find "General Terminology Overrides" and/or "Enquiry Form Terminology Overrides" sections and edit the various terms available with your preferred terminology

Step 4:  Click OK button to save your changes

Currently, you can customize the terminology used for:

  • General Terminology
    • "Service"
    • "Package"
    • "Gig"
    • "Deposit"
  • Enquiry Form Terminology
    • "Request a booking" header
    • "Event/Party Options" header
    • "Mobile party service" label
    • "Preferred date" label
    • "Preferred time" label
    • "Requested theme" label
