For each Booking Pathway within your PPM Catalog, you can set custom configuration settings as follows.
Firstly, to access the Configurations areas:
- Go to 'Catalogue'
- Click to edit the Booking Pathway you'd like to configure
- In the popup, click "Configuration" in the sidebar menu
Now, let's review each of the available settings and what they do...
Terminology > 'Override pathway type label'
This will override the label that appears on your Booking Request From, like so:
Terminology > 'Override T&C's URL'
Use this if this particular Booking Pathway has a unique set of T&Cs you want the client to agree to instead of your default when confirming their event.
Hide fields from booking request form
In this section you can choose to hide the following fields from your Booking Request Form for this particular Booking Pathway:
- Venue
- Date and time
- Number of children
- Age range of children
- Guests of honour
- Theme request
- Mailing address
Guidance text for 'Other info / Requests' box
You can add a special note that gets added above the "Other info / Requests" field at the end of the Booking Request Form.
