One of PPM's most powerful features is the Client Confirmation Form. In fact, the same link you share with your client to approve their event details, and to make their deposit payments, is used to get them to make their final balance payments as well!
The system has built-in logic that will review the current state of the event and present the client with the form and/or payment screen that makes the most sense based on where they are at in the process!
