Switched from a Solo plan to a Team plan? Awesome! This change unlocks new team-based features that can help you manage staff, delegate tasks, and grow your business with more flexibility.

This article will walk you through what’s gained, what might change, and what to keep an eye on.

βœ… What You Always Gain

When you move from a Solo Plan to a Team Plan - regardless of tier - you unlock PPM’s Staff Management features, including:

  • Staff user accounts (number depends on your plan)

  • Staff scheduling tools

  • Staff availability tools and day-off overrides

  • Advanced staff profiles and training tools (available on PLUS and UNICORN)

πŸ”€ What Might Change

The rest of your feature access and account limits will depend on which tier you switched to. Here’s what to expect in the three most common cases:

βž• Moved to a Higher Tier

Cases:

  • Switch from: LITE (solo) β†’ to: PLUS/UNICORN (team)
  • Switch from: PLUS (solo) β†’ to: UNICORN (team)

You’ve just leveled up! In addition to staff tools, you'll gain features like:

  • More automations

  • More catalog capacity

  • More smart links

  • Bonus SMS credits (with the SMS Power-Up enabled)

  • Assistant access

  • More brands (if on UNICORN)

↔️ Stayed in the Same Tier

Cases:

  • Switch from: LITE (solo) β†’ to: LITE (team)
  • Switch from: PLUS (solo) β†’ to: PLUS (team)
  • Switch from: UNICORN (solo) β†’ to: UNICORN (team)

In this case:

  • You gain staff management tools

  • You retain all of your existing features

  • If you have the SMS Power-Up, you'll now receive a higher bonus SMS credit amount included with your plan (for PLUS and UNICORN)

Nothing is removed - you're simply gaining team power!

πŸ”½ Moved to a Lower Tier

Cases:

  • Switch from: UNICORN (solo) β†’ to: LITE/PLUS (team)
  • Switch from: PLUS (solo) β†’ to: LITE (team)

In this case:

  • You gain staff features

  • But you may lose access to some advanced features or have reduced limits for:

    • Automations

    • Smart links

    • Catalog items

    • Assistant account

    • Brands

IMPORTANT
If you’re over your new plan’s limits, you’ll have 7 days to bring your account in line before the system starts deactivating items automatically.
