What Happens When You Switch from a Team Plan to a Solo Plan 👤

Switched from a Team plan to a Solo plan? No problem! This article explains what you’ll lose, what might change, and what to keep an eye on. 

❌ What You Always Lose

Every time you move from a Team Plan to a Solo Plan – regardless of tier – your account will lose access to all Staff Management features, including:

• Staff user accounts
• Staff scheduling tools
• Staff availability tools and day-off overrides
• Staff profiles and training tools

🔀 What Might Change

The rest of your feature access and account limits will depend on which tier you switched to. Here’s what to expect in the three most common cases:

➕ Moved to a Higher Tier

Cases:

• Switch from: LITE (team) → to: PLUS/UNICORN (solo)
• Switch from: PLUS (team) → to: UNICORN (solo)

You've upgraded your core plan! While you've lost staff tools, you'll gain features like:

• More automations
• More catalog capacity
• More smart links
• Assistant account
• More brands (if on UNICORN)

↔️ Stayed in the Same Tier

Cases:

• Switch from: LITE (team) → to: LITE (solo)
• Switch from: PLUS (team) → to: PLUS (solo)
• Switch from: UNICORN (team) → to: UNICORN (solo)

What changes:

• You lose staff management tools
• You retain most of your existing features
• If you have the SMS Power-Up, your included bonus SMS credits may decrease

🔽 Moved to a Lower Tier

Cases:

• Switch from: UNICORN (team) → to: LITE/PLUS (solo)
• Switch from: PLUS (team) → to: LITE (solo)

What changes:

• You lose staff tools
• You may lose access to advanced features or have reduced limits for:
  • Automations
  • Smart links
  • Catalog items
  • Assistant account
  • Brands
• If using the SMS Power-Up, your included SMS credits may be reduced

If you're over your new plan’s limits, you’ll have 7 days to bring your account in line before the system starts deactivating items automatically.
