About the SMS Power-Up

The SMS Power-Up is an optional upgrade that enables you to send SMS messages to your clients, your staff, and even yourself.

Once activated in your account, there are a number of ways you can start sending SMS messages.

Customize your SMS Power-Up

You can customize:

1. Short business name (Max 18 chars):  This appears in your SMS messages so your recipients know who the message is from.  If not set we'll automatically use a truncated version (max 18 characters) of your business name as it is entered in the system.
2. The content for your quick-send 'Check your email' SMS message.  If not set, the default message will be used, which is: "A quick heads-up that we've just sent you an email about your event. Many thanks!"

To customize these go to 'Settings' > 'Integration', and scroll to the "SMS Integration" section.

Note: The SMS Power-Up works on a credit system.  Activating the Power-Up comes with a certain number of credits, after which additional credit bundles are added on a pay-as-you-go basis.
